Our Return Policy
Our Return Policy is based on a simple principle – 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed on Every Order.
If you become dissatisfied with an item for any reason what so ever during the first 90 days of ownership, then you can return the item to us for a replacement, an alternate selection or a full refund.
If an item does not perform because of a manufacturer’s defect, then return it to us. We’ll replace it without charge.
How to Return an Item
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for a wide variety of reasons.
You can return an item online or directly through our customer service department.

For faster service, you should print out and complete Our Returns Request Form and have your order number handy. Our trained specialists will walk you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

2. describe the problem with the items, besure to include item name, your email address ordered from, the amount you paid for the item.
3. After submitting the email, one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 48 hours and help you complete the process.
After talking with the customer service representative and determining a course of action, you’ll need to print out Our Returns Request email that we will send you and include it as well as the item you’re returning.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
